NOTICE 8/11/21 – After much consideration we are CANCELING the 2021 Winsted Craft Beer/Wine Festival. As one of our largest fundraisers for ATHC we do not make this decision lightly.
We have talked to at least 40 beer and wine venders this past month and have only been able to secure 10 and a few of those are iffy. To move forward with the festival having only 10 venders or less when in the past we have had 18 – 22 would not continue the history of a quality event that we have with your help been able to establish.
The two reasons we have heard from breweries and wineries are,
- They cannot secure or hire the help they need to pour their products at various events.
- The dark cloud of a new COVID outbreak is something they are unsure of causing them to shy away from events in the next few months.
